What is the number of my Via-T transponder?

In order to request an invoice or query trips made with your device, you need to know its number. The number is printed on the back of your Via-T transponder and on the original contract you signed. The number has 16 digits, including the expiration date.

If the institution that supplied my transponder is not a bank (e.g. Bip&Drive, SolRed, RESSA, Pagatelia, H24), how do I get invoices?

Each supplier manages its own clients’ invoices; contact the company from which you acquired the device.

What are the advantages of registering in the User Portal?

You will have access to full details of your monthly usage, discounts, invoices and proof of transit.

Can I get my invoices without being registered in the User Portal?

If you would like us to send your invoices by email, just fill in the request form, indicating also that you do not want to register in the User Portal. We’ll send you the invoices. Nevertheless, bear in mind that you can only get details of discounts and special promotions in the User Portal.
