The Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption (“Law 2/2023”), transposes to Spanish law the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019 (“Whistleblowing Directive”) and aims to provide adequate protection to the informant and promote channels of information or communication of infractions.

AUSOL is part of the group of companies dominated by the company INFRATOLL CONCESIONES S.A. , (from now on INFRATOLL), by virtue of article 11 of Law 2/2023, AUTOPISTA DEL SOL C.E.S.A.U. has adhered to the informant protection protocol of the dominant company of the group, INFRATOLL.

This internal complaints channel allows -in accordance with article 2 of Law 2/2023- that informants can report any possible irregularity that may -indicatively- constitute a criminal, serious or very serious administrative infraction of European Union law and Spanish legislation.
