On December 3rd, Autopista del Sol received public congratulations from the Estepona City Council, and in particular from its mayor José María García Urbano, at the Commemorative Event of Civil Protection Day, in which not only members of this group from Estepona and nearby towns were recognized, but also those companies or organizations in the locality that have collaborated during the last few months with emergency services.
Therefore, various mentions were given for collaboration with the local Civil Protection service in different emergency actions.
This recognition of Autopista del Sol C.E.S.A.U. arises from the constant collaboration with this entity, with the management and coordination of activities aimed at protecting people, property, and the environment in situations of serious collective risk through preventive tasks being noteworthy, especially during the Sierra Bermeja Firefighting operations in September 2021 or the organization and collaboration with society during the COVID-19 pandemic, etc.
