users will enjoy the normal
fare even when special fare is applied to the rest of users.
For Málaga-Estepona toll motorway, a user will acquire the condition of frequent user in any particular month, when he has made 60 barrier passes in the previous 4 months.
In order to enable AUTOPISTA DEL SOL to quantify the passes made, and for the user to qualify as a frequent user, all passes must be paid with the same credit card, or with the same OBE.
For example, if a customer has made 20 passes in March, 20 passes in April and 20 passes in May on the Málaga-Estepona motorway , he will acquire the status of “frequent user” during the month of June on that motorway. Alternatively, if a customer has made 20 passes in March, 20 passes in April, 15 passes in May and 5 passes in June he will be a “frequent user” in July.
